Today, Communalism and divisive politics is attacking the very core values of Indian Constitution. Hence, there is a very urgent need to cultivate friendship, peace, solidarity across the artificial borders of religion, caste, class, sex, age & region.

✊🏽 #If We Do Not Rise हम अगर उट्ठे नहीं तो अभियान के समर्थन में लोकायत और काफ़िला प्रस्तुत “प्रतिरोध के गीत” – प्रतिगामी और फासिस्ट विरोधी मोर्चे पर सांस्कृतिक आंदोलन ने हमेशा ही एक महत्वपूर्ण भूमिका निभाई है। इसी प्रतिरोध की बुलंद आवाज़ ज़िंदा रखते हुए, लोकायत और काफ़िला की तरफ से इस अभियान के समर्थन में ‘प्रतिरोध के गीत’ यह फेसबुक और यूट्यूब लाईव्ह सांस्कृतिक कार्यक्रम का आयोजन किया है।

आंदोलन के गीत | Songs of Movement​

At Lokayat we have been singing songs of movement as songs of life.  Lokayat, a forum for new world, is social action group based in pune. We are group of activists from various backgrounds. We meet every Sunday at 5pm in Pune, Maharashtra, India, to plan our actions for social change. None of the performers of this song are professional singers. We are ordinary activists who volunteer our free time for this cause, and we have learned by practice and with help from experienced cultural activists.
